• The availability of reserves in a specific city and the withdrawal period, please clarify with the site support service (usually the withdrawal occurs on the day of the application creation, in rare cases: Ukraine - up to 48 hours, Other countries - up to 72 hours);
• Processing of your application occurs only after 100% prepayment. After your payment, a specialist contacts you via the Telegram specified in your application and clarifies the details of the withdrawal individually (place and time);
• Cash receipt occurs at the withdrawal point or courier delivery at the place specified by the courier (depending on the city and availability of reserves at the specific withdrawal point).
